Each stage, in detail
Stage 01
Discovery starts from your ICP and the market you serve. Local discovery can use verified source data such as Google Places, but the source is only the beginning.
LeadAtomic normalizes identity signals, deduplicates candidates, and keeps the raw discovery trail so later decisions can be inspected.
No enrichment happens here. The job is to establish that a real company candidate exists before any expensive work begins.
Stage 02
Cheap deterministic scoring runs before AI. Geography, industry fit, keywords, exclusions, and structural junk checks decide the obvious cases.
Clear fits are shortlisted. Clear non-fits are discarded for that client. Ambiguous leads stay in the middle and move to triage.
Every score is client-specific and carries reasons so an operator can understand why the lead moved forward or stopped.
Stage 03
Only ambiguous leads escalate to AI review. The model resolves uncertainty from existing evidence, with bounded prompts and stored reasoning.
Triage is not enrichment and it is not browsing. It is a classification step that protects the expensive parts of the pipeline.
The output is still reviewable: reasons, confidence, and the evidence that made the lead worth or not worth continued spend.
Stage 04
Only shortlisted leads get enriched. That is where LeadAtomic turns a promising company into a usable lead profile.
Enrichment gathers contactability, company context, business signals, risk flags, and evidence. Weak or missing evidence stays visible instead of being smoothed over.
Failures become explicit states, not silent drops, so the queue remains honest and debuggable.
Stage 05
The enriched profile becomes a context-aware outreach draft. The draft references the evidence, not a generic template.
You can review every send or move toward rules-based approval once the system has earned trust.
Replies come back through connected Google or Microsoft mailboxes and stay tied to the lead record.
